Suggested Use

As a dietary supplement for adults 18 years of age and over, take 1 softgel daily or as directed by a healthcare professional. 

Warnings

Pregnant or lactating women, diabetics, hypoglycemics and people with known medical conditions such as hypocalcaemia, hyperparathyroidism, renal disease including kidney stones and/or taking drugs should consult with a licensed physician and/or pharmacist prior to taking dietary supplements. It is recommended that individuals taking more than 4,000 IU vitamin D per day have their vitamin D blood levels monitored. Do not exceed recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children.
