Suggested Use

For best results, remove any existing infestation from the dog and its environment, such as bedding or yard, prior to applying collar. 

Try Vet's Best® Flea+Tick Shampoo or Vet's Best® Flea+Tick Yard+Kennel Spray. Read entire label before each use and use only in accordance with label instructions. do not open package until ready to use. 

On dogs & puppies 4 months or older: In rare instances dogs can be sensitive to essential oils. If you believe your dog may be sensitive to some pet products, a slower introduction of the collar is recommended: use the collar on your dog outside for one hour, then remove. Each day following, increase the hours your dog wears the collar by one hour daily. Continue for four days to ensure the collar is well tolerated by your dog. If there are no signs of sensitivity, begin continuous wear. 

1. Pull apart collar and discard activation dots. 
2. Fasten the collar around your dog's neck making sure two fingers can fit comfortably between the collar and your dog's neck. 
3. If necessary, carefully cut off and discard any excess length beyond the clasp. It is best to leave two extra notches remaining beyond the clasp to accommodate future adjustments for fit. 

For best results, leave collar on at all times and replace every 2 months. If you have used a brand other than Vet's Best® spray or spot-on products within the last 15 days, thoroughly wash the neck area with a mild soap before using collar.

Precautionary statements hazards to humans and domestic animals: Avoid contact with eyes. Avoid prolonged contact with skin or clothing. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after contact. 

Domestic animals: Sensitivity may occur after use of any product for pets. If signs of sensitivity occur, bathe your pet with mild soap and rinse with large amounts of water. If signs of sensitivity continue consult a veterinarian immediately. Do not use this collar to attach or hold the dog. Do not use on puppies under 4 months old. Consult a veterinarian prior to use on pregnant or nursing animals. For external use only. 

First aid: if in eyes: if irritation occurs, hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minutes. Remove contact lens, if present, after the first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing eye. If irritation persists contact a physician. 

If on skin: If irritation occurs, wash with soap and water. Repeat if necessary. 

Ingestion: Contact a physician immediately. 

Storage: Store only in original container in a cool, dry area. 

Disposal: In accordance with all Federal, State and Local regulations.
